I was asked to develope a 3D visualization of a potential project that one of our sister companies was bidding on. The client delivered to me a series of Autocad files that used as a reference to build the exterior of the building.

Our sister company eventually won the contract based on the work that I did.

I used 3DS Max R4.02 and a plugin called Luminaire to assist with the lighting. All texture work was done with Adobe Photoshop.
